Segments represent a subset of customers in the system; a segment of a Market. A Segment has a name and a description as well as a type. There are currently two types segments, the device segment and the region segment. The device segment allows users to be segmented based on the ID of their device and the region segment can segment users based on the continent, country or state they are in.
